This is Ara Ogun. The daemon Maelstrom. Simply put, he is a destroyer of worlds. A Chaos bringer. Little is known about the origins of Maelstrom. Some suggest he is a fallen angel. While others believe he may have been human once. What is known is that he has waged war with other deities and has ravaged other Earths throughout the multiverse. His motivations are unknown to all save perhaps to the elite of the Enclave.
